4th or 5th class in Mt. Vernon or Jefferson county.
The winning class will receive a pizza or ice cream party (teacher's choice). Winning class is the one who brings in the most newspaper, by weight, to the recycling center during the month of October. For more information contact our office at 242-8363 or email us by clicking here.
Any business or residential yard in Mt. Vernon or Jefferson County is eligible for this award. To nominate someone, please contact us and tell us: Your name The name of the home or business you want to nominate The address of the location you want to nominate Nominations must be submitted by the 25th of the month to be eligible for that month's award.
