Facts:

An estimated 130 million cell phones will be disposed of in the United States in 2008

There is enough cadmium in a single cell phone to pollute 158,200 gallons of water – that is equal to 1.2 million cups of coffee

Cell phones can contain: Arsenic, Antimony, Beryllium, Cadmium, Copper, Lead, Nickel, and Zinc

300 million Ink Jet Cartridges are thrown away each year.  6 million gallons of oil could be saved if these cartridges were recycled.
